We came away with great memories and plenty of stories from our stay at (Shanti solitaire ). Chaitali ma’am at reception was especially sweet and polite, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service and the hotel facilities were exceptional. I loved the cozy rooms and their lovely views, and the food options were delicious. Everything exceeded what I expected. This is the best hotel I've ever had the privilege of staying at.

The food was very good, hygienic, and nicely prepared. They can provide vegetarian and Jain meals with prior notice, which I really appreciated. Restaurant Manager Namdev was courteous and managed things well. Chaitali at reception was polite, helpful, and professional. Housekeeping also did a great job with cleanliness and cooperation, thanks to Chandan, Rabi, and HK Supervisor Sukant for their support. The staff were warm and friendly throughout. I'd definitely recommend the place and hope to return. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 | Food: 5/5 | Behaviour: 5/5

The hotel has a great vibe, with pretty, cozy spots that are perfect for pictures. It feels brand new, and the welcoming atmosphere made it easy to slow down and relax. I slept like a baby. Miss Chaitali ma’am at the front office was friendly, polite, and very good. I'd happily give the place a five-star review. A stylish and comfortable choice.

We had dinner at Hotel Shanti Solitaire today, and the calm, pleasant ambience made it a lovely place to eat with family and friends. Everything was clean and well managed, and the staff were attentive and polite, with quick service. The food was fresh, really tasty, and had just the right flavors. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! 😊

The city view from the room was splendid, and the breakfast spread was quite tasty. Rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. Miss Chaitali at the front office was a very good person, and the welcoming staff made us feel at home from check-in. The location worked perfectly for sightseeing, and I had a wonderful stay. I'd highly recommend it and will certainly return on my next visit.
