The Terra Hotel

The breakfast was charged separately even though our package clearly included it, which felt dishonest and unprofessional. The price was far too high for what we got. Our rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and cleanliness was a real letdown. Staff weren’t welcoming or helpful, either. Not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend The Terra Hotel. 👍

The staff at Hotel Terra were polite, helpful, and quick to assist, and the amenities and service impressed me. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, while the whole property was clean and beautifully maintained with a warm feel. Its location is close to major attractions but still peaceful. Thanks to the team for making my Goa stay so memorable. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

Friendly staff were always ready to help, and the hospitality made for a comfortable, pleasant stay. The food was really good too. The Terra Hotel is well located and convenient for getting to nearby attractions, so I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The food was tasteless and poor, and the rooms weren’t properly clean or maintained. The prices were very high for such disappointing service. Most concerning, I accidentally left my headphones and a mobile phone at the hotel after checkout. The phone had no SIM card, but I later saw it was still connecting to the hotel’s Wi-Fi. I showed the staff all the proof I could, yet they and the owner denied having my belongings and wouldn’t take responsibility. I waited at Goa Airport for almost 2-3 hours hoping they’d resolve it, but nothing happened. That felt highly irresponsible and unprofessional. I’d advise travelers to be careful before choosing this hotel.
