The cleanliness and service might get two stars from me, but the billing and check-in process were a problem. The bill showed a different price, and they charged three times the amount shown. For an OYO booking, they insisted I install the app and wouldn't accept the booking PDF. They took my phone to check me in, and did the same at checkout. While checking out, I noticed they'd given themselves a five-star rating on OYO, which may explain the high rating there. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The rooms are okay. The TVs are the main annoyance, since most of the remotes don't work properly. You have to walk up to the TV to use it.

They either refuse OYO bookings, say there are no vacant rooms even when you've booked through the app, or ask for extra money. They also give themselves five stars when guests check out.

I had reserved and paid for a room in advance, but when I arrived they hadn't kept one for me. The facilities were the worst, and I wouldn't recommend this OYO to anyone.

They handed our booking to someone else and sent us to another hotel. That place was awful, with tiny, very dirty rooms. It was a terrible experience with OYO Rooms. I'd give both hotels a negative rating if I could.
