Fabhotel Grand Stay

We stayed here with family last night, and the room was badly maintained. The walls and beds were dirty, the washroom wasn’t clean, and the basin was clogged. The toilet flush didn’t work either. Mosquitoes filled the room and made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The hygiene and upkeep were unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent, safe place to stay.

The food was good, though there’s room to improve it a little, and the room cleaning could be better too. The hospitality team were helpful and polite. Had a great stay, thanks team.

The room was filthy and smelled bad. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the pillows and sheets were stained, and the blanket had a foul smell. At checkout morning, the receptionist called at 10 am. When I asked for a slightly later checkout, she wanted another 1200 INR, half the total booking cost. The place was terrible. I stayed in January and waited two hours to check in, which was pathetic. The lady at reception that day was awful, with little knowledge or hospitality. Even though I’d booked on the hotel’s official website, she asked me to pay. In one sentence, they loot visitors.
