Titanic Boutique Hotel

The service boys were kind and helpful during our two nights and three days at Titanic, Goa. The second-shift receptionist, though, wasn’t welcoming, which made check-in and our later interactions uncomfortable. The food was so salty and spicy that we couldn’t finish even half of some meals. The pool wasn’t available on day one, only opening for us on the second day. We could also hear a lot of noise from the corridor and nearby rooms, and the Wi-Fi kept giving us trouble. We had to ask staff several times to set up the password. I left feeling the stay fell short, especially on food, reception, sound insulation, and Wi-Fi.

Looking back, I’m grateful for the 10 days we spent here. The room was lovely, and our housekeeper came by daily to clean, always so polite. When we wanted something to eat at night, they made me really tasty food. I’ve stayed in lots of places, so I have comparisons, and attentive care for my family matters a lot to me. I love this hotel and would recommend it.

The hotel had a relaxing feel with a touch of luxury, and my room was comfortable, spotless, and nicely put together. I was welcomed warmly right when I arrived, and the staff kept the service attentive throughout. I also really enjoyed the food. Had a great stay at Titanic Boutique Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting comfort and quality.

The complimentary breakfast deserves five stars on its own, especially the food and the lovely staff. Ragunath was particularly good, and the chef’s scrambled egg had a flavor I hadn’t enjoyed in ages. Ask for it if you stay. The property is nice, rooms are clean, service is good, and the front desk was great too.
