The rooms are good, but the bathroom has a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered even after using freshener. The taps and shower also need attention. The old shower should be replaced because the water pressure is very slow.

The food was excellent, and I found the rooms clean and comfortable. Hotel Konark, Indore is also in a great location. The staff were friendly and cooperative, especially Ms. Bhavana, who was very supportive and helped make my stay more comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for both the stay and the food.

We had reserved 18 rooms for our guests, but the reservation staff didn't give us all the room keys. Some guests never arrived, and without telling us, the hotel let other guests take those vacant rooms and charged both parties. When we found out and asked about it, the staff got aggressive and things turned into a big mess. It was a very bad experience. I don't recommend this place at all.

Snacks were listed on the bill every day, but not once did any arrive in the room. The toiletries kit wasn't replaced daily either, and there wasn't any toilet paper in the room.
