The rooms are large, which was the one positive for us. They also look good in the photos, but the property is poorly maintained. At check-in, there was such a bad smell we could barely breathe. Staff said they’d sprayed pest control because of mosquitoes. Water kept overflowing from the rooftop tank and collecting in puddles, which raised health concerns. The shower heads didn’t work in the first two rooms we were given. There was no hair dryer, and the iron looked ancient. When we raised our concerns with Seema at the front desk, she talked sweetly but took no action. Mosquitoes, water pouring outside the room, and the smell led us to ask for a refund of the balance after deducting one night, so we could move hotels. Seema kept passing us between her manager and Sunita at head office, and neither handled it in a way that helped us. They both talked sweetly, but we got no refund and had to stay in the poorly maintained property. Only two families were there, including us, which says a lot about White Pearl Suites' reputation. Avoid this hotel and stay somewhere near Baga beach.

Our stay was good overall, and the room had a balcony. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it looked in the pictures. We had trouble with our Goibibo booking and couldn’t get the room we’d selected. The front office staff were good, but a senior male staff member was very rude and told us to make do with what they had. Calling the hotel before your check-in date may help avoid this issue.

It’s in a remote spot, so having a vehicle helps, but they can also arrange rental bikes. They found me a Himalayan that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The room, balcony, linens, bedsheets, and hotel were all very clean, inside and out. Service was prompt, polite, and helpful, even after checkout. Manager Prakash hirwani was very polite and helpful. For a limited budget, it’s a very good option. I haven’t found this many positives for the room price I paid.

The rooms are spacious and have two balconies overlooking the pool. The rooms, washroom, bed area, and both balconies were all very neat and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous, especially Prakash Hirwani, who was polite and helped us find a rented Himalayan bike when we couldn’t find one anywhere in Goa. I’d strongly recommend White Pearl Suites for a pleasant stay.

Housekeeping is top notch. Supr Roman is always active, and Hk Biju & Shambhu do a great job cleaning the rooms.
