Hotel O ALISHA LODGE

I paid around ₹1200, but the room felt like one worth ₹200-₹400. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the rooms, and getting anything done meant going up and down the stairs. Staff were unprofessional and didn't listen when we asked for towels, slippers, or other service. The bed sheet was dirty, the room filthy, and the washroom unhygienic. We kept asking for cleaning, but they either refused or cleaned one thing and left the rest dirty. The hotel management was very bad. Horrible experience. I will never book again, and I suggest not staying there.

The manager argued with me and refused to take responsibility for the parts stolen from my vehicle in the parking area. I had to cover the cost myself. They do have parking, but you should look after your vehicle at your own risk if you stay here. Worst experience ever.

I booked an AC room but was given a basic non-AC one, with a broken bathroom seat, and the mosquitoes made it hard to sleep. After a difficult time finding the hotel, I was asked to pay extra beyond what OYO had quoted. When I refused and asked for a room, they said everything was booked. I said I'd complain to OYO, and he claimed there was a short circuit in the room to defend himself. The reviews are better for people who know better. Be careful, and visit the other OYO property 100 steps away from Alisha. Thank you guys 🤗

The service was extremely poor, even if the price may be cheap. Rooms weren't cleaned properly, and there's no attendant available 24/7. When you book online, there is no cancellation option. The booking site said breakfast was included, but they don't serve any complimentary breakfast.
