The hotel occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a building, with residences on the 4th and 5th, which felt like a strange, unprofessional setup. The rooms were in poor shape: large cracks showed in the walls, the bedsheets were torn, and the pillow was dirty and smelled bad. When we asked for an extra pillow and cover, the manager first refused, then only handed over a torn cover after a long argument. We were also given used soap and an opened, unsealed bottle of water. The staff acted as if providing basic necessities was a favor. The geyser didn’t work, yet we were still charged for it. I don’t expect a five-star stay at a moderate price, but a budget hotel should meet basic standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and respectful treatment. Adding “International” to the hotel’s name doesn’t make it good. The owner and staff were extremely rude, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. It doesn’t deserve even one star, and I’d strongly advise people against staying here.

The location felt unsafe, and inside, the room was dirty and smelled bad. The bed was stained, the blankets had a foul odor, and there was no proper cleaning. Mosquitoes were everywhere, but there were no nets. The manager’s obnoxious behavior made an already disgusting stay even worse.

My room was spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in 😊. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff made me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful stay at [hotel diwan international].

Cockroaches were all over the rooms, with dirty bathrooms and bedsheets that hadn’t been washed properly. There was no real cleanliness, and no amenities nearby. Honestly, the rooms were filthy and unhygienic. The worst hotel I’ve seen, minus one.

It’s in the middle of the market, and N9 Safety Hotel may seem like a convenient option. But the hotel itself feels completely open, and the floors and setup don’t feel safe at all. They also don’t clean the rooms or bathrooms, or provide anything to keep mosquitoes away for a healthier room.
