Oyo Flagship 700239 Spices, Asansol

We had a great view of the Ramakrishna mission from the room. It was well equipped, and room service quickly brought the extra items and refills we asked for. The customer service was excellent too. The man at reception was friendly and offered my restless child a chocolate box after our long journey.

I booked a room and was charged an extra 500 at check-in. When I asked for a bill, they wouldn’t give me one. I believe Joyti International and Townhouse are the same hotel, and that it’s totally fraudulent. Check the original reviews by OYO guests on the OYO app. I think people are posting fake reviews on Google. Don’t book a room here.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with spacious, well-laid-out rooms and courteous staff. I stayed here again after decades and found it comfortable, with good rooms and nice breakfast and lunch spreads. It’s one of the good hotels in Asansol.

Everything in the room worked fine, including the AC, TV, and geyser, and it was really clean and organized. The staff were also very good in their behaviour. I had a really amazing stay, it was a very good hotel.
