Water ran out several times before it was even 8pm. One of the two fans was broken, a tubelight was out, the AC had no remote, and I couldn't watch TV. The owner was unprofessional, bringing friends into the room beside us to drink. They shouted loudly, the place felt very unsafe, and they wouldn't let us bring in even a single food item, always making an excuse. This was my first really bad experience at OYO, and the worst guest house I've ever stayed in.

The rooms are on the fourth floor, up steep stairs with no lift, so this is a no-go for elderly people. It's a homestay, and the staff were very rude and unwilling to understand anything. There are no room locks, and staff just tell you to trust them with your belongings. The AC has no remote, the fan is broken, and only one bathroom faucet works. I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

They refused to honor my prepaid booking. The rooms weren't good, and the staff weren't helpful.

I've booked rooms repeatedly, only to have the hotel owner refuse to provide one when I arrived, saying they don't take online payments. OYO customer support just says they'll refund the money. Is that what support is supposed to be? This keeps happening, and OYO is one of the worst companies in India. Don't book through them.
