SPOT ON 37294 Hotel Elite Plaza

They asked me to pay the hotel bill upfront right after check-in confirmation. I had booked through OYO, waited at reception for over half an hour because the room wasn't ready, and then was finally given a room. It was too small for two guests. I had booked for two even though I was alone, hoping for room to spread out, but got a single bed. There wasn't enough toiletry kit for customers either. They left an old, used soap for me to use. I hope the service improves.

The hotel itself was good, but the staff quoted me a higher price than the one shown in the OYO app. I called customer care and couldn't get an answer. I was tired and exhausted, so I didn't argue with the hotel staff and paid more than the app listed. Please show the correct price and don't cheat customers.

The room at the new property was awful. The walls were letting in rainwater, the room smelled terrible, and the pillows got wet. The bathroom was dirty, the taps were broken, and the commode was so dirty we couldn't use it. We left Hotel Elite Plaza, room no.- 106, within four hours. First the hotel I had booked refused my check-in. Then I waited outside in the rain for almost an hour while they shifted me to another property. Before the move, I asked your associate for a neat, clean room and a properly cleaned washroom. What a terrible experience!

My friend brought me here for his birthday treat, and now I get why he picked it. It's a nice, clean place for parties and treats, and it's affordable for the person paying. The bathroom was in good shape and the waiters were really friendly. We had a few starters, then dosa, my all-time favorite, and ice cream. The food was good. I just wish there were another ice cream flavor, something with chocolate as well as the plain one.
