We were a group of 19 and all of us thought the rooms, staff, and facilities were very good. We booked 11 rooms for two nights in January 2026. The rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious, with very good toilets and really hot shower water. Breakfast was tea, coffee, and toast. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Thomas Beach Guesthouse is budget-friendly and a lovely, simple place if you want to be near the beach without spending too much. The owner is really sweet and helpful, always around when you need something. The sea is just a short walk away, and it’s convenient for getting to both Arambol and Morjim. The rooms are clean, and they’ll clean whenever you ask, sometimes even without being asked. It can get noisy around the holidays, but rooms farther from reception are much quieter. Don’t come expecting a fancy villa with a pool, but for the price and location I had a great time. 🌴✨

For a budget stay, this is a very good option. Ashwem beach is right nearby, the rooms were clean and had decent space. The service could use some improvement.

The peaceful beach views and easy access to the shore made the week especially enjoyable. Thomas Beach Guest House is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms that feel charming and relaxing. Each morning started with friendly smiles and a delicious breakfast. From the moment we arrived, Destinia and her staff were welcoming and cooperative, and made us feel at home. I’d highly recommend it for a peaceful, welcoming stay in Mandrem.
