The room was tiny for the price, with damp-covered walls and a dirty bathroom. The tap wasn’t working. There was no parking space, and although reception is on the ground floor, the hotel is up on the second floor through a very narrow entrance. At check-in we were told the lift was out of order, so we had to use the stairs each time. The staff did help carry our luggage, and they were supportive. Breakfast was served on the fourth floor and was good. Reception staff pressed us to leave a good review on the booking app.

It really felt like home. The rooms are affordable and have enough facilities, and the staff are friendly, well-mannered, and helpful. Fresh drinks and breakfast too. You can walk to both the bus stand and railway station.

On the main road, but parking is hard during the day. The rooms are in really bad shape, with mosquitoes and a foul smell. Apart from the receptionist, the staff seemed sluggish and uninterested in helping. Breakfast was average. This didn’t feel up to Treebo standards.

The online photos gave a very different impression from the room and reception area I found when I arrived after booking. It felt like the hotel was misleading people with fake pictures. My room smelled damp, the bathroom was dirty, and the hand faucet holder was broken, with the faucet left on the floor. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty too. When I asked to move rooms, they said everything was booked. The support forum wasn’t helpful either. A complete waste of money.
