We celebrated our anniversary at Anahata, staying in Kalinda after the staff gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a porch where we could sit with coffee and look out at the sea. The sea-facing cottages are the nicest. It's right on Ashwem beach, with beautiful views. There's no room service, and requests are handled by Whatsapp, but the team replies quickly. Some practical things: the bed broke on one side, though staff fixed it within 15 minutes of being told. Prices for services are high, so it's not a good fit for budget travelers. Food costs a bit more, but the quality and taste were worth it; the limited breakfast buffet was delicious too. We enjoyed the free morning yoga, and there was live music in the evening at L'atelier restaurant. A small shack beside the property also had great maggi, coffee, cookies, and fruit. We had a great stay and would come back.

The breakfast was delicious, the beachside location was perfect, and the staff were great. Appu especially stood out as deeply hospitable, kind, and helpful. He was attentive, knew his stuff, and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. When my children got ill, the team took wonderful care of them. My family and I had a lovely stay at Anahata, and we're grateful for the care and memories.

My wife and I have stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and the service here was hard to beat. Everyone was great, though I especially remember Avanash and Appu. They were attentive and made us feel like family. Everything about the stay was brilliant, and I hope to cross paths with them again.

The calm atmosphere was what I liked most. There's yoga, a gym, cycling, and surfing, and the property sits right on the beach with plenty of parking. Staff were supportive and pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and offered lots of unlimited options, which is unusual among Goa hotels.

The landscaping and peaceful grounds are beautiful, and the location deserves a high rating. The room quality, though, didn't match the tariff. The internet never worked despite several complaints, and nobody came to look into it while we were staying there. Only as we checked out did a senior person at reception hear about it, visit the room, and find a loose wire that fixed the problem. It's a shame this wasn't dealt with earlier.
