Ocean Pearl Hotel by OYO Rooms

The rooms on the ground floor are gloomy and dingy, with damp walls, and there's no Wi-Fi on the first floor. Train noise comes right through the windows, which aren't soundproof. The road to the hotel is unpaved and full of potholes. The watchman is also doing several jobs, including front desk and bell boy. A horrible place.

The rooms smell bad and have water seepage on the walls. They're unhygienic, with no towels and so many mosquitoes, and the people are very rude. This feels like a local lodge, more like a ruin than a hotel. Please don't book it, it's the worst.

The staff were the worst and didn't even know how to speak to customers. I booked online through oyo and paid in advance, but when I got there they wouldn't let me enter. They told me to cancel the booking and give them 100 rupees less, or the booking could go to hell and they wouldn't let me in. 😒

The lights don't work properly, the toilets are the worst, and the service is very poor. A very poor experience, not what I expected.
