The food and restaurant service were the only good parts. There was a power cut with no backup, so we had to climb more than two floors, and nobody thought to warn or help us. Our luggage took over 1.5 hrs to arrive. We couldn't make calls, and there was no water in the washroom, so we had to go downstairs ourselves for everything. The reception staff were extremely rude, and the manager and reception need to improve how they communicate with guests. Someone should be assigned to every floor. I'm never coming back.

The lawn is beautifully kept, with greenery and tasteful lighting that make it a lovely setting for weddings, events, or corporate functions. The restaurant served delicious food with rich flavours and excellent presentation. Mr. Sanket Purnapatre, the restaurant manager, was warm and professional, and paid close attention to guest satisfaction. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with top-class amenities, and the cleanliness and decor stood out. Hotel Ambassador blends heritage charm with modern luxury in a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. One of the finest five-star hotels in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and a great choice for leisure or business travellers.

Thank you to the management team for responding. They took the complaint seriously, searched thoroughly, found our lost items on 28.02.2026, within 24 hours, and sent them by courier. I appreciate that response, though I still advise the hotel management to guide and train its ground staff. Earlier review: We left three things behind in our room at ambassador ajanta chh. Shamba jinagar when we checked out on 26.02.2026: my blazor, my full suit, and my wife's saree. Each was in a separate suit cover. When we called on 27.02.2026, the hotel said it hadn't found anything. After we complained, the management stopped answering our calls. @GM of hotel; would you like to respond?

The property has a peaceful, spiritual atmosphere, and staying there felt like a meaningful journey. Ms. Ayesha was especially kind and took us around to see some rare, beautiful trees. The staff were warm and cordial, friendly while still being professional, and made our stay comfortable and memorable. Mr. Sankat and Mr. Sanket handled a few issues efficiently and promptly. We had a wonderful experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for peace, good hospitality, and something unique.
