Hotel Leo Pride by OYO Rooms

I stayed in Sambhaji Nagar 2 years ago and booked this hotel through OYO. Back then it was exceptional in every way. The quality of the rooms, service, and food has been deteriorating day by day since then. When I booked here today, the room was shabby and the bathrooms were very small and uncomfortable. We ordered breakfast, but it was below average, and things weren't as good as they had been before. That's why I'm giving the hotel only 2 stars. It could do better if they reconstructed the hotel and made it beautiful.

The rooms weren't maintained or hygienic, with dirty mattresses and toilets. Service was very poor and the staff were bad. A waste of money. I wouldn't recommend going.

Keep the checkout policy in mind, especially if you're traveling with family. We checked in around 8 pm and thought we'd have the room until 8 pm, or at least 6 pm. Instead, while we were at Ajantha, they moved our things out on their own. Their policy runs from 12 pm to 11 am, regardless of when you check in, and that left us feeling bad. If you're visiting Ajantha or Ellora, which is why most people book in Aurangabad, the included breakfast may not help: it starts at 8 am, and you'll need to leave earlier to visit those places. The staff were okay, but not very friendly or particularly helpful. The rooms and toilets were good and very clean overall, although one room was smaller and not as good. That's why I gave just 2 stars. Think about your plans before booking.

The room was average, and the bathroom stank. The TV didn't work properly, there was no hot water, and the commode rocked back and forth. The breakfast was disgusting, dirty, and full of human hairs.
