Hotel Pranjal Inn by OYO Rooms

Mr Ansari was very rude, and the hotel staff spoke to us rudely too. I paid Rs. 1800 for two days, then was charged another Rs. 800 after staying one day, making Rs. 2600 in total. Two rooms were checked out on the same day. OYO was involved as well. Don’t prepay through OYO: even after everything is clarified, the hotel may turn you away and tell you to contact OYO customer care, who may send you to another hotel where you get the same result. Avoid this hotel and OYO, and choose somewhere else.

We felt unsafe enough to leave in the middle of the night. My wife and I were made uncomfortable and felt harassed, and staff used abusive language in front of children. We could hear shouting and plates being thrown. The management and service were awful, and the place felt more like it was run by gundas than a hotel. Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Amaan were the worst people I’ve dealt with. I hope the hotel closes so nobody else has to go through what we did. If you care about your family or respecting women, please don’t stay here.

The staff were very polite, and the place was clean and well kept. It’s a nice option at a budget friendly price. If you’re visiting Patna and need an affordable place, give it a chance.

They switched off the music during our function, and it felt like they were torturing us because we’d already paid an advance. We couldn’t change hotels after paying, and Neeraj and the staff spoiled all three days of our event. We’d booked several rooms for a three day function, but most rooms had no keys, some had no lights, and there was no cleaning or hospitality. Our room smelled of raw sewage and the toilet didn’t work. The owner, Mr. Neeraj, and all the staff treated us and our guests very badly. It was a disgusting experience, with poor maintenance and rooms that didn’t function properly. This shouldn’t be allowed to trade as a hotel.
