Hotel New Bharti

The waiter seemed uninterested and gave terrible service. The thali costs ₹250, which is far too much for food of this quality. The vegetables were stale and smelled bad, and there were black spots on the onion salad, which felt completely unhygienic. They even tried to charge me for an extra chapati, saying I’d eaten one more, though I had only received three. That was unfair and unprofessional. A very disappointing and unhygienic experience, I strongly advise people not to visit.

The location is good, parking is available, and the price is affordable. We stayed with family and kids, and the service was good. The double bed was fine, and there’s a restaurant serving veg food. zomata us allowed too. We got a non-AC room, but it had no windows or ventilation, so it got hot and we switched to AC. The geyser only gives hot water from 5am to 10am, which was inconvenient. The hotel should invest in better geysers. I’d come back only if I couldn’t find a better option.

We ordered panner tikka masala with roti. The roti was only half cooked, and the panner tikka masala had so much food colour in it. The paneer seemed fake and low quality too. The food was very, very bad. Restaurants like this should be closed and the owners penalised. They just want money and don’t care about customer satisfaction.

The ambiance was the only thing I liked. The food was bad, and the service was rude. Even though it wasn’t self-service, we had to serve ourselves. The servers were very rude, and they said items were over even when they were still there. A really terrible experience, don’t dare try this hotel.
