The payment was eventually refunded after I called the owner, but that was all the help I got. Nobody tried to find us another room or hotel, or even apologized for the time and trouble. We had booked directly on the hotel's website and received confirmation, but when we arrived the next day, the front desk couldn't find the reservation and said our name wasn't in their portal. Staff gave me the owner's phone number instead of taking responsibility, and reception seemed casual and in no hurry to fix the system problem. A confirmed booking turned into a stressful mess because of poor booking management and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place if you need a reliable, professional stay, especially when booking on their site.

The bathroom was awful: the drain was blocked, the cracked and broken basin kept dripping stale water, and the toilet had no flush. It's the filthiest hotel I've stayed in. Outside, it's on a dusty, noisy highway with traffic and horns going constantly. Not recommended.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Raj. The staff were rude, unprofessional and uncooperative, and didn't respond properly to requests. Service was poor and the whole experience unpleasant. Management needs to improve how staff treat customers. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms were cozy, comfortable and well kept, and the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. It's a budget-friendly option with good value. It would help to have a phone number on Google or the website for people who want to book by phone.
