Hotel Starlight Inn By OYO Rooms

The rooms have plenty of space, but they're in very poor condition. The outside appearance may make STARLIGHT seem like a premium hotel, but it isn't. Beds were bad, and the ACs in both rooms we occupied were terrible. Bathrooms and toilets were badly maintained. Basic things like soap, shampoo, towels, and drinking water were only provided when we asked for each item separately. The lift usually worked, but it was always marked with a Maintenance sticker. There was no generator, at least during my stay. Check everything carefully before checking in.

The location makes it easy to get around Aurangabad, so it could work for a quick stay. But the service is very bad and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. They don't accept cards, and the staff offered no support. The wi-fi is there in name only, it disconnects as soon as you enter the room. Hygiene and cleanliness weren't maintained. I'd only choose it if there were no other option.

I took two rooms for my family. The kitchen and dining area were awful, and the food was unhealthy. The ambience was terrible, and the place felt totally unprofessional. When I spoke with MD Mr. Jain, he responded arrogantly and said I could share my complaint with the press or a food inspector, that he could manage anyone with money. I don't understand how OYO promotes this kind of hotel. I'm deleting OYO support from my desk. No thanks, OYO. Goodbye!

The service is good, but there's a need for more awareness about covid and professionalism. Water and electricity weren't available in certain rooms, and you have to ask for whatever you need. A few of the boys weren't wearing masks.
