The staff were amazingly hospitable, and the rooms were really clean and nice. I had a very pleasant stay, and it’s a good choice if you’re visiting the nearby areas.

It took three hours past the promised time just to check us in, and there wasn’t even room to sit in the lobby. The beds smelled, the toilets were clogged, and the AC barely cooled. I called reception over and over, then finally gave up. The staff were rude and management was awful. A nightmare for couples and families, I’d say stay away.

The location near Monda Market is ideal, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. Breakfast needs a big improvement, though, both in quality and hygiene.

They have no extra mattress, and even getting towels took a lot of follow-up. I had to ask repeatedly before they brought any. The service felt like zero, especially compared with the way they charge as if this were a four-star property. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A neat, clean, budget-friendly hotel, with cooperative staff. Seems well suited to a family holiday.
