The entrance and lobby could use an upgrade. For a 4-star hotel, the entrance feels underwhelming, more like a Hero Honda showroom than a welcoming lobby, and it doesn’t match the warm service inside or the standard you’d expect. A spruce-up would make a better first impression. The people were the standout part of the stay. From arrival, the front desk, management, workers, and security were warm, smiling, helpful, and courteous. The restaurant food was tasty and well prepared, with decent variety. The rooms were clean, roomy enough, and comfortable, with beds and everything else working well. Overall it was a pleasant, comfortable stay and good value. I’d recommend it for the staff, service, and food. Thanks for the warm welcome!

After a long, tiring journey, getting an early check-in without even asking was a huge relief. The staff were proactive and extremely helpful. The rooms were neat, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. IRA by Orchid is conveniently near the highway, making it easy to get around the city or head out sightseeing. It’s also only 2-3 km from the railway station, which is handy for travelers. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.

Indian and other options are available. Service was attentive and professional, with polite, well-trained staff who took orders carefully and managed the timing well. The place was clean and hygienic, which made me feel comfortable. It’s easy to reach within the Orchid Hotel premises in Sambhajinagar, and parking is available. Prices are on the premium side, but fit the quality of the food, service, and ambience. A reliable choice for a pleasant, refined meal.

The restaurant ambience was the only thing worth a star. I waited 45 minutes and never got my first order, then what arrived was something different. The staff acted like a bunch of jokers and didn’t seem to care about the hotel at all. I don’t know who runs the property, but either they don’t know about the useless staff or they’re useless themselves. The restaurant service doesn’t even deserve a rating.
