I stayed in a deluxe AC room from 27/12/2025 to 28/12/25, and this was the worst hotel I've ever been to. If you're visiting for work or business, you may end up in the same situation. The room hadn't been cleaned properly: there were dark, dirty marks and hair all over the bedsheet. There was no hot water in the morning, and I had to ask for a towel, but none was available. After checking out, I asked for a bill. The receptionist said it would be sent on WhatsApp, but nothing came. When I called, FAB customer support wouldn't give me the receptionist's direct number or transfer me to hotel management. I'm a technical engineer at an MNC, and I need every bill and expense from a company visit.

I visited in December 2021, when there weren't many photos or reviews, so the place was a real surprise. It's incredibly beautiful, the kind of property you need to see in person because pictures can't capture it. We hadn't expected anything this lovely at such an affordable room rate. The rooms are a good size, the washroom was clean, and room service was timely. The staff were accommodating too. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

We booked a Delux Maple Room listed as 225 Sq Feet, but the manager first gave us a Standard Room Oak, which was only 170 Sq Feet. The room floor looked oily, the gallery hadn't been cleaned, and the bathroom floor was very dirty and rusty. There were red ants crawling on the bed as soon as I entered. The complimentary breakfast was poor in quality and taste. The Poha was very spicy with green chilli, and the tea had gone cold. The website promised a free toiletry kit, but the bathroom had only a Rs 2 Medimix soap. The whole experience was very pathetic.

It's a newly built property under the OYO brand, and everything was clean. Punit Rajput, the young property manager, was very cooperative. A good value stay, with an average budget of ₹1200-1500. CIDCO is just a short walk away.
