At ₹3000 for a corporate suite, I expected much better service. The first room wasn’t ready and was a mess after pest control, so they moved us to another floor. There was nobody to help with luggage, and I had to carry everything from the car and between floors. The tap ran cold for a long time, and only after wasting more than 100 litres did I finally get hot water. Room service said that was how we had to do it. There was no bathroom hanger for wet clothes, and the remote was broken. Breakfast cost an extra 500, but the buffet had just a few options: poor, dry Poha, salty Upma, banana, puri and bhaji, coffee, tea, and paratha. The sofa chair was propped up with a tile, as one photo shows. There’s no parking either, so my car spent much of the time outside on a crowded street under the hot sun. Owners, please don’t play with people’s money. I have plenty of complaints for the hotel book.

We chose this place because it was a long weekend and other hotels were unavailable. Our family of nine booked three rooms for two nights in December 2025. We arrived right at the official noon check-in time, but the rooms weren’t ready and we waited until 12:30 PM. The hotel is out on the edge of Aurangabad, down narrow lanes, and there’s no dedicated parking. We left the car in an open shared ground in front, which felt unsafe at night. The room photos on booking sites look old. Bedsheets were worn and had holes, towels were poor quality and left cotton fibers on the face, and the bathrooms had leaking taps and very basic toiletries. Rooms do have a TV, mini fridge, and kettle, but the tea and coffee setup was minimal and for one person only. We got one water bottle per room each night, with extra bottles charged. Housekeeping needed follow-ups, and the fan in one room didn’t work. The rooftop restaurant wasn’t well looked after. When we went for lunch around 1 PM on the first day, it was empty and unattended, with no staff around, so we ate elsewhere. The included breakfast had very few choices. For the price and condition, I’d call the stay average and wouldn’t recommend it if better options are available.

At 12:05 pm the rooms still hadn’t been cleaned or made up, and the staff attitude was poor. They claim to be a three-star hotel, though you might only see stars at night. The food choices were veg upma, pongal, vada, sambar, banana, aloo paratha, pickles, tea, and coffee.

Nothing in the room felt properly maintained. It was dirty, the bathroom window wasn’t right, and the switches were damaged and unsafe. There was no hot water, the AC didn’t work, and basic facilities were missing. The stay was uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
