Last month I visited Goa and booked two rooms for four people, but the agent hadn't made the booking. The hotel management didn't respond properly either, and the language they used was very rough. After a while, they gave us only one room for all four of us. It was in very bad shape, with an unclean bathroom, damage, and other problems. The pool wasn't clean either. I'm sharing some videos and photos. Please, travelers, don't stay at or book this hotel.

I spent three days there and was disappointed by the service and hospitality. They seemed to treat Indian guests differently from foreign guests. If they'd explained that at check-in, we could have chosen somewhere else. The rooms were just okay, nothing to brag about. At checkout, I would have appreciated some respect from the reception or admin person.

The lift felt unsafe because its doors shut suddenly without sensors, and someone could easily get stuck. The management seemed focused on money. I was traveling with my driver, but they had no toilet for drivers or staff, wouldn't let him use the washroom, and still wouldn't let him enter the premises after I let him use mine. Everyone deserves basic respect. There were lots of big mosquitoes. Opening the balcony door let them all in, and it was impossible to sit near the pool because of them. The rooms weren't clean, the curtains were dirty, and the fridge made loud noises because of voltage issues, especially early in the morning and at night. The telephone didn't work either. If you're looking near Calangute, I'd avoid this resort. Spend ₹300-₹400 more somewhere else for a better experience and peace of mind.

A very nice place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the service was good. The room boys, manager, and even the owner were all kindhearted. Breakfast was very good. It's near Calangute Beach, with many good vegetarian restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was yummy, the stay was affordable, and the staff were courteous and ready to help however they could. We had a warm welcome and found the location very accessible. Our room was spacious, clean, and had enough amenities. Thanks, Tangerine. We'd love to visit again.
