OYO 10416 Hotel Arts Executive

The service was good and I had a nice experience overall. The rooms aren't large or especially spacious. I first booked through goibibo for 1006 rs per night, but when I arrived, they said they hadn't received the reservation and showed me that it wasn't there. I cancelled that booking and made a manual reservation for a Double delux AC room, which cost 1600 rs per night. Meals can be brought to the room, though they're expensive. There's no private parking, but there is parking space in front of the building.

The rooms were dirty throughout, with stained sheets, pillows, and towels, plus dust and webs in the wardrobe. We got little or no room service. We booked two rooms through Oyo for two days, but at our 6 AM arrival they charged more than the 30% early check-in fee, then gave us only one room because the other was still occupied. The four of us squeezed into a room meant for two. At checkout they demanded extra money for that and threatened to call their boss and the PSI, asking how we expected to leave without paying. When I picked up my bag to go, the receptionist even pushed me. They only seem interested in money and don't care about customers or OYO. If Google allowed it, I'd give this hotel -5. 😡 Do not choose it.

The only decent things were the staff's manner and the hot shower. The rooms were awful, with dirty carpets and bedsheets that looked used and spoiled. The in-house kitchen was filthy, so don't order from it. TV viewing is limited to free channels.

You can find the hotel right in the market, which is its one real advantage. Cleanliness is poor, and leaks leave the washrooms wet regularly. There's no kitchen of its own, so they get food from nearby hotels and charge high prices for it. The hospitality overall was poor.
