The staff were well mannered, which was the one bright spot. My room had a dead pigeon in the gallery, even though I paid extra for the added space over a normal room. There's no room service or intercom, and I couldn't find an online contact number to reach the concierge. The service doesn't match what they charge.

We booked through treebo on 27 oct 25 for one couple and two kids, but the owner expected all four of us to share one bed. He asked for an extra Rs 752 for a mattress, and we only got one with help from treebo. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dust and hair in the corners, and the bathroom mat seemed unclean for months. Breakfast was only paratha, so we skipped it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms were cozy, clean, and the service was good. The hotel is nice, but the price feels a bit high for the amenities and quality. The rest was fine.

We tried the poha and upma, and neither had any taste. The food quality was very bad, and the onions were burnt.

The bedsheet was dirty and torn, and they charged us Rs 2000 over it for no reason. I don't think the owner knows staff are pulling this kind of scam. We weren't given any bill or receipt for the stay or the fine.
