Hotel Grand Paradise

The breakfast area was dirty and poorly kept, and there were very few appealing choices. In the room, several plugs didn’t work, we got only one towel for three people, and there were no water bottles, just an empty water jar we had to fill ourselves. The room was untidy when we arrived, and there wasn’t even handwash soap or other toiletries. Parking was also a problem. I had to leave my car in front of a jewellery showroom, which felt inconvenient and unsafe. For the price, this so-called 3-star hotel was a major letdown and didn’t meet expectations. Overrated, overpriced, and not recommended.

They took payment online, then said at night that no rooms were available. Guests are left scrambling to find somewhere else to stay, and the money isn’t refunded. I’ve never been treated like this before. A very, very bad booking system.

The receptionist was rude and had no idea how to speak properly to customers.

We came to ask about renting rooms and the banquet hall. Before entering the hotel, we parked and visited a nearby shop next to it, Gargdil Jewelers. Hotel staff then rudely insulted us for no valid reason. They showed no basic manners, and it was clear the managers weren’t guiding or controlling the team. Whether someone is already a guest or might become a client, nobody should be treated this way. If they can’t maintain respectful relations with their neighbors, I don’t see how they can be courteous with guests, especially international ones. They don’t deserve good business with that attitude.
