The water problem was never acknowledged, let alone fixed. The taps often ran dry, leaving guests without this basic necessity. Rooms weren't cleaned unless we asked repeatedly, the internal electricity was poorly maintained, and breakfast was the same every day. Staff were unresponsive to requests, and the cleaning staff didn't follow the owner's instructions either. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Shagun Executive Property. Its physical condition and service fall short of what you'd expect. The owner wouldn't acknowledge the gap between what was promised and what was delivered. The experience was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend the property.

The owner's humble, welcoming manner made my stay even more enjoyable, and the food was delicious. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, so it was a wonderful, relaxing visit. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The rooms were clean, though the bathrooms need some maintenance. The hotel's location is very good for a family leisure trip. There was no hot water from the tap, so they brought it in buckets. Breakfast started very late, so you'd have to skip it if you wanted to leave early. There were only a few choices, Poha and Upma. A slightly above average experience overall.

The phone number listed for this hotel on the website was incorrect too. The toilet maintenance was the worst part. The cleanliness of the water closet was awful, the flush didn't work properly, and the tiles weren't cleaned well. It felt like using a public toilet, and the whole thing looked 10 years old. The bed for a couple wasn't king-size, and its spring mattress was very uncomfortable, with springs poking up from underneath. Breakfast quality was average, with only 2 options.
