I spent one night at this guest house with friends, and it was disappointing. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower didn’t work. Staff repeatedly bothered us to leave before checkout time, which felt unprofessional. At check-in, they took my Aadhaar card and didn’t return it. After I’d left, they called to say I’d forgotten it. I asked them to bring it on the way, but they refused and told me to get a new one. Even the owner didn’t help. Poor management meant I had to go back just to collect my document. Not recommended.

The people were unprofessional and didn’t seem to know how to serve guests in the hotel industry. They don’t provide soap in the washroom, change bedsheets every day, or clean rooms regularly. There’s no power backup, and the AC remote wasn’t available. Instead of focusing on service, they kept asking for full payment before checkout.

Raghunandan Guest House is very close to the Ram Mandir temple, which made the location convenient. The room facilities were very good, and Mr. Shyam Pandey, the hotel manager, was especially helpful and supportive.

The hotel is a long way from the temple, and the room was messy with a strong dirty smell. Staff were rude too. We paid 1.5k for a room that felt like one worth less than 1k. It was one of my worst experiences.

For a budget stay near Ayodhya Ram Mandir, I’d recommend this place. The room and washroom were very clean, and the staff were kind and willing to guide us along the way.
