Hotel Dwarkadhish Plaza

Make my trip gave wrong information about this hotel. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, and when I asked for a mosquito killer, they didn’t provide one. The bedsheet and quilt were stained too. The people at reception were rude. When I said I would definitely leave feedback, she said sorry, mam, as if that was all I wanted to hear. Please don’t spend your money here.

The rooms are tiny, and the washroom is a joke for its size. There are hardly any amenities, yet the prices are high. The staff were rude and badly behaved. I wouldn’t want even my enemy to stay here. When I came out of the room, dirty bedsheets and smelly pieces of cloth were scattered across the balcony that was supposed to look “good.” The place is right in front of a buffalo shelter, and it stinks everywhere. My relative has a knee issue, so I asked where the lift was. They replied, “When did we say there is supposed to be lift?” There are so many floors and no lift at all.

The hotel is in a village-like area far from the city, with no transport nearby. That leaves customers having to book the hotel’s auto or cab at a very high price. Service was the worst, and the staff weren’t cooperative. The menu lists many dishes, but when we ordered, only 3-4 items were available. The rooms aren’t very large, the bathrooms are very, very small, and there’s no lift. For more than 1600, this was a terrible experience. I think the price should be under 800-1000. They also tried to give a good rating and review on my behalf to attract customers. Please don’t trust the hotel’s good ratings. I’d suggest booking an offline hotel if you’re visiting ayodhya.

We stayed recently and had a very bad experience. The rooms weren’t clean, and they didn’t provide breakfast, tea, bottled water, or soap. Very poor service. I’d advise going to ram mandir, where there are good rooms and hotels. Don’t book a hotel through make my trip, as they provide fake information about hotels and locations.
