The only good point was being about 1km from Hanuman garhi. The approach road was stinky and filthy, and other guests seemed to have the same opinion. Inside, it was unhygienic and poorly ventilated, built wall to wall. The photos are misleading, and it wasn’t worth even 1k a night. The owner was pathetic and didn’t care how our stay went once we’d paid in advance. There were flies and mosquitoes breeding in the nullah outside the bathroom, whose fixtures were old, rusty and seemingly never maintained. The towels smelled so bad we threw them out of the room within two minutes. A very poor stay. Please avoid.

The staff, especially Deepak and Santosh, were really helpful, and the food was good too. Our room was neat and clean. Rama Residency is well placed for getting around, with Ayodhya's tourist spots close by. We had a great stay.

Deepak was especially helpful and polite, and he made delicious food for us. This is a good budget option, close to Hanuman Garhi Temple, Kanak Bhawan, and Dhashrath Mahal. Ram Janmbhoomi Temple is about 500 metres away.

We paid the full amount in advance, but when my family and I arrived, they said there were no rooms available. The receptionist wouldn't refund our money, and they sent us to another place that was far away, terrible, and dirty. A really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
