Hotel Kosala

The room wasn’t worth what we paid for a premium king size. There was no hot water, the taps leaked badly, and the bed was extremely hard. We arrived three hours late. When we told them at departure that our train was delayed and we’d leave an hour late, they said it was okay, then asked us to pay for that extra hour. We travel from Tirupati to Vijayawada often for work and have stayed in lots of hotels. This was our first time booking hotel kosala, and it was a very bad experience. Better to choose another hotel.

The service and location are good, with shopping places nearby and Eluru road close by. The rooms look old, though, and probably need better maintenance.

The room wasn’t worth the 2k we paid through mkemy trip. It was poorly maintained, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. They gave us some freshener when we complained, but it didn’t fix it. We were told hot water would be available from 4:30AM, but nothing came even after I called and went to Reception. We had to wash with cold water. Really poor service.
