We stopped here for one night while travelling from Delhi to the northeast. The food was good, and the rooms were clean, hygienic and spacious. Service was quick too. At 5am, we reported that the flush wasn't working, and housekeeping came straight to our room.

We had our wedding at The Grand SR Azamgarh, and I was happy with the decision. Astha was especially helpful, arranging everything almost perfectly. The food was amazing and the service was great. I'm satisfied with the whole program she arranged.

Suraj at the Aroma was hospitable and kind, and made sure we had a good time. The check-in was smooth, the rooms spacious, and the location great. The hotel and staff are fabulous. I'll definitely return.

We booked the hotel for a ceremony recently, and the experience was pathetic. The manager was the worst, and the service was terrible. She switched the hall without telling us, then stopped communicating after taking the advance. She didn't answer calls, and there was no communication about decoration. There was no hotel staff available to help. I wouldn't recommend booking this place for a function.
