The food is what stood out for me at Hotel Gurukul. It was fresh, hygienic, flavorful, and nicely presented, with that home-style feel while still seeming premium. The kitchen team kept the quality consistent across meals. Mr. Sudhir Ranjan, the Floor Manager, also made our visit memorable. He was polite, attentive, and professional, and it was clear he cared about guest satisfaction. He handled our requests smoothly, and his humble manner and management reflected well on Hotel Gurukul. Service was well managed and the hospitality was warm. I highly recommend Hotel Gurukul and will visit again. The staff were courteous and professional, and management was great. The meals were a real highlight at hotel Raghukul Grand. There was a strong variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and nicely served, with great taste and quality. We also found the staff warm and attentive, always ready to help, and their professionalism made us feel welcome and looked after. Our room was spacious, clean, and had modern amenities, while the facilities were excellent, well kept, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. I was very satisfied with the relaxing stay.

At a recent function at Raghukul Grand, I was standing beside some staff who were off in a corner laughing at the guests. I heard what they were saying, and it was so rude and disrespectful that I felt ashamed for them. The service was extremely disappointing, and their behavior was completely unprofessional. The manager needs to wake up and retrain the whole team from scratch. You can't run a hospitality business with people who have no manners. They need rigorous training before handling any more events.
