OYO 22075 Hotel Bali Palace

The front desk was completely unresponsive when we needed help arranging a taxi, getting information, or sorting out other services. The AC wasn’t working properly, the bathroom was dirty, and the WiFi didn’t work. My family and I stayed for three days and had a bad experience in every respect. The hospitality at reception was the worst I’ve experienced. They spoke only their local language, not English, and were impolite, which made the whole experience feel terrible.

There are plenty of good restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner, since this hotel has no working restaurant. It’s on the main road, near the market, right in front of hotel Clark. The Yatra parchi counter is only a 10-15 minute walk away, and the lift is helpful for senior citizens. It used to be part of OYO hotels, but now it’s independent. Don’t expect luxury facilities; it isn’t a luxury hotel.

The staff were responsible and behaved well. The rooms were clean and nice, with excellent Interior. I highly recommend Bali Palace for a reasonably priced stay in katra.

Every time we ordered something, room service brought something else, and most of the items listed on their own menu weren’t available. The receptionists were just pathetic, though the manager was genuinely good and humble. It was a very unpleasant, unsatisfactory stay.
