Hotel Rajsangam International by OYO Rooms

We found food stalls and reasonably priced places to eat nearby. Golden Caves Restaurant was our choice, with tasty food and a nice garden, just 10 m from the hotel. The location is also handy for buses to beautiful Aihole and Pattadakal, and it's not far from Badami's famous caves, rock fort, and temples. Check-in was easy and quick, and they can hold luggage too. Our spacious room was clean, well kept, and had a homely feel. The staff were helpful and attentive. When we had a Wi-Fi internet problem, the receptionist sorted it out straight away, magic hands! If you're in Badami, this hotel is worth picking.

There's a Pure Veg restaurant next door with food at a reasonable price. It's the best restaurant available in Badami. Our room was clean and spacious, the location was convenient, and the staff were cooperative. They also kept our luggage for a few hours after check-out.

The rooms had good space, a balcony, and a big bathroom, but cleanliness was a real problem. The bed linens looked quite dirty, as if they hadn't been changed after the previous guests. We asked, and the attendants promptly replaced them. They changed the towels too, but the replacements were just as dirty, so we used the towels we had brought ourselves. We paid 6200 for two rooms, possibly because of the holiday rush, but it definitely wasn't worth that much. At most, it felt worth about 2k for both rooms.

The rooms and beds were good for the price, and the stay could have been pleasant. But the reception staff's behaviour was very disappointing. They were disrespectful and unhelpful, made it seem like guests were an inconvenience, and didn't give proper answers to questions. I saw them treating other guests similarly too, not just me. Reception customer service seriously needs to improve. The receptionist's attitude made it feel like they were wondering why people even came.
