The manager tried to help by moving me to another room, but I still didn’t have a good experience at The Chaitanya hotel. The rooms were decent, though not furnished well, and lacked many basic facilities. In the bathroom, the hand shower leaked and the toilet covers were broken. There were no chairs and the lighting was poor. The food was worse, and the kitchen staff need training in how to serve guests.

We checked out straight away after seeing the rooms. They were extremely unclean, and people had spat inside them. Completely disgusting.
