Hotel O Relax Inn

The room was unhygienic, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. On top of that, the price shown while booking wasn't the same as the price at check-in. It was a waste of time and a useless stay. I wouldn't recommend anyone visit this property. One of the worst.

I tried to cancel after the price changed, but they checked me in anyway, so I couldn't cancel or stay. If you pay offline, they may add bar charges without asking. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and involved in what felt like fraudulent practices. Customer care brushed off my complaint, saying the manager had left. Save yourself the hassle and pick another hotel that treats guests better.

The room door had no locking system, and there was no soap in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty, while a broken AC wing made an annoying noise all night. The package mentioned free WiFi, but none was provided. Hygiene was awful. There were used condoms in the bathroom ventilation, with a foul smell reaching the room. The bedsheet was stained and had cigarette burn holes; insects like KASARI, KHATMAL, and spiders were on it. The bed wasn't evenly comfortable, apparently because it was mainly used by the condom warriors. This was my worst hotel stay. Even a dharamshala would be cleaner and cost much less.

A friend had their phone taken at check-in, and staff used it to give themselves a five-star rating. That explains the ratings when the hotel's score is so low. The rooms were dirty and third class. Staff were ill-mannered, talked loudly late at night, and one of them argued when I asked him to lower his voice. They also charged more than the Oyo site price. Avoid this place, or you'll regret it. Even Dharmashala (temple rooms) are better. It's the worst Oyo hotel I've seen, so don't book it.
