The only plus is that it's near the railway station. The room smelled damp, dirty linen was piled in the cupboard, and there was dust and a spider web behind the TV. The TV didn't work, the switchboard was hanging out, and the main light switch was broken. Nobody seemed to care about guests or even ask how the stay was.
A very bad hotel with poor management. The appliances seem to be there just for show because none of them worked. I complained several times, but no hotel staff fixed anything. The staff and management were both very bad.
They promised AC, room service, and other facilities when I called, but none of that showed up. There was no proper AC, no water, no cleaning, and not even basic necessities. The rent is very expensive for service that amounts to zero. It was misleading and frustrating. Never choose this hotel.
I paid the full amount after the call center promised AC, a TV, and hot water. The linen I got was dirty, and there was no AC, TV, or hot water. Customer service wouldn't give me a refund either. What more is there to say? Don't book this place at any cost.
Don't trust the photos on the OYO app. They don't show the actual rooms, which were very unhygienic and still in the same condition after cleaning. The room itself wasn't good, and most of the staff were rude. The female receptionist was the one person who behaved quite well. The atmosphere didn't feel right for a family, so don't book here if you're coming with yours.
