The rooms can be clean, but you have to keep reminding them to do the day-to-day cleaning. If you booked through an app, check first because they may not accept it and you might have to make them read the rules. Ask about the check-in policy before booking.
Nothing to like here. It’s unhygienic, and the staff are very rude. The online listing doesn’t match what you actually find. Don’t go. They make you give at least one star, otherwise I’d give zero.
Most of the rooms I saw had rats and cockroaches. They almost made me vomit. These rooms need serious improvement. They’re trash.
We booked through OYO and paid 25% upfront, but when we arrived the manager insisted on more money. The staff were extremely rude and didn’t help us carry our luggage to the room. Their behaviour was unprofessional, and the property doesn’t meet even basic hospitality standards. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
The WiFi doesn’t work, and the rooms don’t have proper locks. You can see in the photos how bad the place is. Please clean the rooms every day. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone.
