OYO 2192 Hotel Gianz

I felt at home here, and it's been a while since a hotel stay felt this comfortable for me and my family. The rooms and washroom were comfortable and hygienic. Food was good, though a few more menu choices and some improvement on price would help. 🤞❤️

I came to Nalagarh for work and booked Gianz for what I hoped would be a comfortable stay. My wife and I have been here for three days, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. I am writing this at 7 AM with a full workday ahead, which should show how frustrated I am with the service. The room costs around ₹3500 per night plus GST, a significant amount for a middle-class person. At that price, this careless, inconsiderate service is unacceptable. There are few decent hotels in Nalagarh, so we expected Gianz to provide a good stay. With limited options, I have to extend my stay here, but I hope management takes this seriously so other guests don't face the same inconvenience. The problem is the AC. It has been switched off at random times, including when I woke up, when I came back during the day to work, and when I returned to rest. The room became extremely hot. Staff told me the AC is centralized and they switch it off during the day because they assume the room is unoccupied. I find that explanation unacceptable. Does centralized AC mean the hotel can turn it off whenever it wants, even when a guest is staying in the room? I raised the issue clearly with the manager, but it happened again the very next morning.

We are celebrating alpine school farewell party today, 08th feb. The arrangements were nice, the food was good and good quality. Highly recommended.

The morning was horrible. They turn off the air conditioner at 7 am and frequently throughout the day, so come here only for a night stay. The manager, Anil, outrightly won't listen to your complaint and says it's a technical error, while the ground staff tells a different story.
