We visited as two families and had one of our best resort stays. We especially appreciated the restaurant in-charge, who was helpful and great with the kids. The food tasted great and was decent overall, and the welcome drink was superb. Staff were professional and helpful, particularly at reception. We had to leave for another place because time was short, otherwise we would have thanked and praised them in person.

Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, all fresh and well prepared. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the service made for a really comfortable stay. Eron, the general manager, was especially supportive and went out of his way for us. I really appreciated his kindness. Big thanks again to mr. Erin for all his help. A great stay with tasty food, and I'd recommend the resort.

The peaceful setting made this a relaxing getaway, and the pool and other amenities were excellent. We felt welcome throughout thanks to the friendly, attentive staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the resort.

The dining area was so unhygienic that we lost our appetite. Food and waste were scattered over the floor, the floors stayed dirty, and tables weren't cleaned promptly. The food itself was horrible: poor quality, tasteless, repetitive, and not fresh. The rooms felt dirty and unhygienic, the washrooms were badly maintained, and basic items weren't properly provided. The whole property lacked cleanliness and upkeep, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. We got no proper Wi-Fi, no room service, and no real hospitality or concern after paying in full. Staff were rude, careless, and untrained, ignored even simple requests, and the watchman was shockingly arrogant and disrespectful. There was no coordination or professionalism. The resort management needs to learn how to treat guests. For what they charge, this was frustrating and extremely poor value. From arrival to checkout, everything was badly managed. We regret spending 15k here. They present themselves as a luxury 5-star resort, but the service didn't deserve even 1 star. We've stayed at many hotels and resorts, and this was the worst. It felt overpriced and overhyped, and the online photos and promotions were very misleading. We can't understand all the positive reviews when the actual experience was the opposite; the feedback online felt fake or spam-like. We won't return or recommend it. Please don't waste your time, money, or your mood here. There are better resorts in Dandeli that value their guests and offer decent service.
