Amritara The Avadh

The hotel is close to the temple, but the surroundings still felt quiet and peaceful. After a long day, our clean, comfortable room was a good place to relax. The staff were kind and ready to help, always with a smile, and the buffet felt delicious and homely. My visit to badrinath was a delight, and I’d happily recommend Hotel Amrit Tara to anyone going to Badrinath.

Every meal was a highlight. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were flavorful, and it had been a while since I’d enjoyed hotel food that much. The hotel is around 1 km from the dham, which made getting there convenient during our two-night stay at Amritara The Avadh in Badrinath. Hospitality was excellent from check-in onward, with staff handling requests promptly. Sunder from the restaurant team was particularly friendly and attentive, and made sure our food preferences were met. We had no complaints and would strongly recommend Amritara The Avadh to anyone planning a visit to the dham.

The buffet kept us looking forward to each meal. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner had plenty of variety, everything tasted fresh, and the menu changed completely each day. We were only there for two days, but the warm treatment from every smiling staff member made us wish we could stay longer. We had to leave because of time constraints, though we’ll return to Amritara next time we’re in Badrinath. Our room was a comfortable retreat after a day out, with clean bathrooms, cozy bedding, and prompt room service. We also appreciated the glass bottles in place of plastic. From the moment we arrived, the aarti and tikka welcome made us feel cherished and brought the spirit of “Atithi Devo Bhava” to life. Thank you, Amritara, for a memorable stay.

We got in late at night and were greeted by the most welcoming staff I’ve come across in Uttrakhand so far. The whole process went smoothly. The rooms and venue were great, and the food was good too. GM- Preetam Bhatola and Restaurant staff -Sundar Singh were both kind and helpful. I can’t fault the place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Badrinath.
