Baga HighQ

We had a memorable family stay at Baga HighQ. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and went out of their way to make things pleasant, and the location made it easy to enjoy Goa, with Baga Beach just a short walk away. The food was delicious and carefully served. Our spacious, clean rooms had all the amenities we needed, and the property was beautifully maintained, blending comfort with luxury. We can’t wait to return.

The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and had modern amenities, and the hotel was impressively clean and orderly. We also found the food really tasty. Breakfast was the last straw: we ordered at 8:30 am and were told it would come by 9, but it didn't arrive until 10. That delayed our plans and rental cab, and the food was too spicy for our child. When we complained, the front desk staff were dismissive and didn't apologize. We'd booked a city view room at Baga HighQ in Goa, but got a closed room with no window or balcony. It smelled bad, and the only supplies were two towels and a bar of soap, with no toiletries. There was no lift, so we had to carry our bags and children up the stairs. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the hotel lacked basic amenities. This stay was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing Baga HighQ, since its lack of professionalism and disregard for guests can disrupt your travel plans. Avoid it at all costs.
