Hotel Nambi

We paid a high price for three rooms, but the quality and service were poor for that cost. The rooms were old and unlike the online photos. One extra bed we requested was torn and in bad condition, and the pillows were torn and unhygienic too. There was no hot water, the bathroom lock didn't work, and the TV was there but unusable. The facilities didn't justify what we paid.

Management and staff seem focused on money, while even basic service is a struggle. When I reported the lack of hot water, staff yelled at me. I waited an hour to shower, and other customers also said there was no hot water, but management stayed silent. There was no hot water during my stay, the TV was broken, and bugs were under the cot. The phone/intercom didn't work and the bathroom wasn't clean. Nambi hotel has the worst maintenance, and I don't recommend it.

The supervisor and manager yelled at us instead of sorting out the problems, and even suggested hot water was a luxury rather than a basic amenity. I had booked one room with a double bed, but only a single-bed blanket was provided for two people. There was no hot water despite waiting over an hour, and the room phone, intercom and TV didn't work. The bathroom smelled unpleasant. Poor service and no respect for customers.

The room was cramped and not very clean, and ₹1850 felt high for a double room. On the good side, it's within walking distance of the temple, and the staff were very humble and helpful.
