Hotel Pearls

This was a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend the place. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, with dirty rooms and washrooms and no basic item like blankets. The area felt unsafe too, especially at night, with a liquor shop nearby and drunk people roaming around.

The location is neat and convenient, and the staff were attentive and provided good service. It felt comfortable and pleasant overall, and seems like a good choice for families. Cleanliness could be a little better.

The bathroom was in a terrible state, with both the basin sink and the main drain clogged. The walls were damp, and the rooms weren't well maintained. For that condition, the price was far too high. Not recommended.

Nothing about the stay felt very pleasant. The bathroom was clean, but its tiles were dirty and there were stains on the mirror. Elsewhere, the mirror wasn't clean either, the chair was stained, and the pillow covers were torn. The rooms looked like they hadn't been painted in ages. The TV channels weren't working, as if the TV hadn't been recharged, and they didn't provide a blanket or water. When I asked, they offered drinking water in a jug. I'm adding photos. If basic things aren't provided, they shouldn't be included in the booking advertisements.
