Beach House Hotel

Kapil at the front office deserves a special mention. His leadership and attention to detail showed in the service, and he and the team did more than expected to make our stay comfortable. My friends and I felt at home from check-in, thanks to the staff’s warm, professional hospitality. We had an incredible time here.

The route into the property is a little narrow, but Baga beach is an easy walk away. Our room and bathroom were clean, in good condition, and the room had air conditioning, a mini refrigerator and a water heater. For a budget stay near the beach, this was one of the best options.

The room wasn’t ready at noon when we arrived to check in, and staff wasted our time discussing it. Their behavior was rude. They advertise parking, but there wasn’t any. What we found bore little resemblance to the pictures on Google or the booking apps, and the whole stay was horrible. The bed smelled. There was construction all around, no proper space to walk, and open wiring between the stairs made it feel unsafe. It wasn’t suitable for children either. The place was filthy, and I’d give it a negative rating. Even one star feels too generous.

The bathroom was in awful shape, with broken fixtures including the basin tap. Water only came out as a drip. There was no hygiene, basic service or management, and the room felt like a haunted place. A complete waste of money. Avoid it. The room was filthy, and the photos show only a small part of how bad it was. Bedsheets were stained and the pillows were black. They didn’t provide towels at first. After I complained several times, they brought a towel and another pillow, both dirty, and that pillow was black too. They claim to have amenities, but there was no WiFi, the TV didn’t work, and nothing was maintained or provided.
